Multifunction Gate Box Locking Module with Guard Locking and Lock Monitoring

A multifunction Gate Box locking module with guard locking using spring force, complete with 2 built-in push buttons and normally open (NO) contacts. This locking module has been designed to last and is suitable for numerous safety gate installations with a robust reinforced plastic body, a IP65 rating and a locking force of 2000N.

The locking arm is held in place by a spring force, guard locking using the closed -circuit principle, and an indicator helps provide the user with important system and status information. Monitored outputs are OD ? on when the door is closed, OT ? bolt tongue inserted into the evaluation mode, OL ? guard locking solenoid in locked position, OI ? diagnostic there is a fault.

Suitable for installation in any position and with a mechanical life of over 1 million operations, this locking module provides years of dependable service in numerous safety gate applications. Easily integrated into existing safety access and system monitoring installations. A complete access system will require additional components from the Euchner MGB range such a MGB2-H-BA1A1-R-137617 door handle.
