Electrical Actuator with Positional Feedback, HVAC

The ML6425A3006 Electrical actuator with positional feedback allows for floating control and is suitable for use in conjunction with ON/OFF or floating single pole, double throw (SPDT) control outputs. Built-in spring return helps provide a defined safety position of the valve in case of power loss.

The drive of a synchronous motor is converted into linear motion of the actuator stem by using a spur gear transmission. The actuator stem is connected with the valve stem by a button keyed retainer. An integrated spring package limits the stem force to a factory-adjusted value in either direction.

Dependable this electrical actuator has been designed to operate Honeywell?s standard valves that are used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industrial applications. Works with FEMA Honeywell valve series 5016A, 5025, 5049, 5050, 5328, 5329.
