Tin-Plated Copper Tube Crimp Terminals with Bell Mouth and Inspection Port
Durable seamless electroplated tin-plated copper tube crimp terminals, manufactured to BS2871/C106. These robust tin-plated copper tube crimp terminals feature an inspection hole so the user can ensure that the conductor is fully inserted before crimping takes place.
These tube crimp terminals feature a clever bell mouth design that aids in the transition from the crimp terminal lug to the terminating cable. This bell mouth design also helps to avoid chafing when the terminal assembly is subject to vibration.
What are Tube Crimp Terminals Used For?
Copper tube Crimp Terminals (lugs) are typically used for power cable connections and installations that carry high currents. When adequately crimped using the correct tooling they will produce a strong high-tensile joint.
